Fill Out PreQualification Form Below
Fill out the pre qualification form. Enter all details you feel comfortable with. This puts you into our system so that we can stay in touch.

Book A Showing
Schedule either a self-guided showing or a showing with a property manager.
We ask for identity verification and then will send you a one time use code to view the unit by yourself around your scheduled date and time.
The identity verification is done by taking a selfie with your ID and sending it to the property manager at (570) 309-6459. Please also text your full name. A one time use code will then be given for you to gain access and view the unit around the scheduled time.

Application & Move-in!
Fill out the full application after seeing the apartment and determining your ready to move. Contact a manager for a link to the application. The application will be approximately $40 and will verify everything you said on the pre qualification was true.
-Must have 3x monthly gross income
-600 credit score or higher
-No violent criminal history.
